The Law Office of Robert J. Andes was formed by attorney Robert James Andes. During his career, Mr. Andes has represented clients in numerous courts throughout New Jersey on the municipal, trial, and appellate levels as well before the United States District Court of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a Master with the Hudson County Inn of Court, an organization dedicated to the litigation skills, professionalism, and ethics of the bench and bar. Mr. Andes is a 1991 graduate of The National Law Center at The George Washington University, located in our nation's capital. He is currently a member of the Bergen County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. He previously served as an Assistant Bergen County Counsel and attorney at private law firms before forming the Law Office of Robert J. Andes.

Julieth Rios - Law Clerk
Ms. Rios provides litigation support to the attorneys and manages our clients' personal injury, workers' compensation, landlord/tenant and municipal court files. Ms. Rios attended Monmouth University where she graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in political science in 2007. While attending Monmouth, she was the Chief Justice of the Greek Senate and a member of the Political Science Honor Society. Ms. Rios is currently a 2011 candidate for a juris doctor degree in law at Rutgers Law School. She is a Member of the Rutgers Moot Court Board, Vice President of the Association of Latin-American Law Students (ALALS) and a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.
Julie is fluent in Spanish. She is an integral part of the firm.
Milagros Ramos - Paralegal
Millie knows what is needed to investigate a case. She will obtain the records and documents necessary to prove and establish your case. Whether it be medical records, investigation into the location of a witness or defendant, government records, school records, police records or many other type of documents she will pursue the often difficult task of getting them. She also handles your medical bill problems and property damage in automobile cases. Ms. Ramos is responsible for filing and handling litigations papers, exhibits, applications to the court (motions), and document discovery (providing information to the adversary). Ms. Ramos attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice and has ten years law firm litigation support experience.
