During his career, Robert J. Andes has represented clients in numerous state courts throughout New Jersey on the municipal, trial, and appellate levels as well as before county boards of taxation. On a federal level, he has represented clients before the United States District Court of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Andes currently participates as a Master of the Hudson County Inn of Court, an organization dedicated to the litigation skills, professionalism, and ethics of the bench and bar. He is a member of the Municipal Practice Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
Mr. Andes maintains a BV "Distinguished" Attorney Rating by Martindale-Hubbell for Very High General Ethical Standards and Legal Ability.

Mr. Andes previously served as an Assistant Bergen County Counsel and attorney at private law firms before forming the Law Office of Robert J. Andes.Mr. Andes is a graduate of one of the nation's premiere law schools, The National Law Center at The George Washington University, now the George Washington University Law School. His legal education is just recent enough to reflect progressive and effective methods of theory and practice, while his experience balances meaningful results in a wide range of courts.
At law school he was a member of the Commercial Protection Reporting Service and Research Assistant to Professor David Robinson, Jr.
As an undergraduate he attended Rutgers College at Rutgers University on an academic scholarship, wrote for the college newspaper, was a Dean's List student, and graduated cum laude while also earning "Highest Honors" from the History Department.
Robert is an active participant in his local community and volunteers as a tutor for Literacy Volunteers of West Hudson. He enjoys bowling in an adult/youth league with his son.
